We are directly affiliated to Koncept Gym in Newquay and regularly go there to train on Thursday nights.
Cross training amongst clubs is highly encouraged, and is seen by us as especially important down in Cornwall
where the amount of potential training partners is limited by the somewhat smaller catchment area
Koncept Gym is a comprehensive facility with weights and fitness equipment, a permanent mat and a cage.

Mark Thomas – Wrestling/MMA Coach
Kate Jackson – MMA Fighter and Coach who is currently a top contender in the Bellator flyweight division and previously a semi-finalist on Team Claudia in The Ultimate Fighter 23
